Account & Login
Do I need to sign up to book tickets?
You must log in before booking. You can register with email/password or use LINE Login for quick access.
How do I register?
Go to EtixGo → Login or Register → Enter username, email, password and required info → Confirm registration, or use "Login with LINE" to link your account (no need to remember password).
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the Login page, click "Forgot password" → Enter the email you used to register → The system sends a reset link → Open the email and click the link → Set a new password.
Can I log in with LINE?
Yes. The system supports LINE Login — click "Login with LINE" and authorize. You can then use LINE to log in without entering a password.
Where can I edit my profile (name, email, phone)?
After logging in, go to Profile or My Account (as shown in the site menu) to edit name, email and phone.
Booking Tickets
How do I book tickets?
Select an event from the homepage → Click book ticket → Choose number of tickets → Fill in details → Confirm booking → Pay and upload slip within the deadline
Can I choose my own seat (seat map)?
If the event has Venue Booking enabled, you can select seat/table from an interactive map — colors show available or booked.
Can I book a table?
If the event has Table Booking, use the Table Booking menu — select table/zone, number of guests, date and time. A deposit may be required to confirm.
Is there a deposit or down payment?
Depends on each event — some events require a deposit (e.g. 30% for table booking). Details are on the event or booking page.
Maximum tickets per booking?
Set by the organizer (max per booking) and subject to ticket availability.
Payment (Customer)
What payment methods are available?
Generally EtixGo uses PromptPay (QR) or bank transfer as shown after booking. Organizers may add other options — check the booking page.
How do I upload a payment slip?
Go to My Tickets → Select item awaiting payment → Click upload slip → Choose slip image from phone/computer
How long do I have to upload the slip?
Set by the organizer. If you don't upload within the time limit (e.g. 24 hours), the booking may be cancelled automatically to release the seat. See the booking page or email.
What format should the slip be?
A real transfer slip image from your bank app or ATM showing account number, amount, date and bank details. Some plans use Auto-Verify; slips with QR are verified faster.
I uploaded my slip but it's not confirmed yet.
Manual verification: wait for the organizer to verify (may take a few hours to 1 business day). Auto-Verify: usually within minutes. If it takes too long, check email/notifications or contact the organizer.
Tickets & E-Ticket
Where do I see my ticket / E-Ticket?
After payment is confirmed, go to My Tickets — you'll see your tickets with View E-Ticket or Show QR Code for entry.
What is E-Ticket?
A digital event ticket displayed on web or phone with QR Code for staff to scan at entry. No need to print—just show from your phone.
Will I get the ticket by email?
If the organizer has email enabled, you'll get a booking confirmation and, after payment is approved, a payment confirmation with ticket/QR.
How many times can the ticket QR be used?
Each QR can be used once. After staff scans it, the ticket status changes to used and cannot be reused.
What do booking statuses mean?
Pending payment = booked, not paid or slip not uploaded | Pending verification = slip uploaded, awaiting check | Paid/Confirmed = ticket valid for entry | Used = already scanned | Cancelled = booking cancelled | Rejected = slip not accepted | Refunded = refund completed.
Cancel / Refund (Customer)
Can I cancel my booking?
Depends on the event and organizer policy. Some events allow cancellation and partial or full refund within a set period.
What happens if I don't pay after booking?
If you don't pay or upload a slip within the time limit (e.g. 24h), the booking may be cancelled automatically to release the seat. You won't be charged but will need to book again.
How do I request a refund?
Refund policy is set by the organizer. Usually you need to contact the organizer (via the event page or email) to request a refund, or they may have a refund option in their dashboard.
Other Customer Features
Can I switch Thai / English?
Yes. The site supports Thai and English — use the language switcher in the menu or footer.
Where are the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy?
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are linked in the footer or menu.
What does LINE notify me about?
If you've linked your account with LINE and the organizer uses LINE OA, you may get messages such as booking confirmation, reminder to upload slip, ticket link, etc., depending on their settings.
What is a Member?
Some events/venues have Membership (points or perks). If enabled, you may register as a member or earn points from ticket purchases. See the event page for details.
For Organizers
Packages & Subscription
How do I become an organizer?
Register in the system with organizer role, or via LINE Organizer Registration, or ask admin to create an organizer account.
What packages are available?
Pay-per-event: Starter 990฿ (200 tickets), Professional 2,490฿ (unlimited, AI slip check), Business 4,990฿ (Affiliate, Membership). Monthly Venue: Venue Basic 3,500฿/mo (4 events), Venue Pro 6,900฿/mo (unlimited, LINE OA, Upsell). Free/basic/premium plans as defined. See the packages page or contact EtixGo.
How do I buy a package?
After logging in as organizer → Admin → Packages or Subscription → Choose a plan → Pay as instructed (QR/account) or contact EtixGo.
What does the free plan include?
The free plan allows basic event management with limits (e.g. number of events and tickets per event). Good for trying the system.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Admin → Packages / Subscription → Select a higher plan → Pay as instructed or contact EtixGo.
Can I use a pay-per-event package for one event?
Yes. Choose Purchase Pay Per Event (Starter / Professional / Business) for that event and pay. That event will use the plan's limits.
Event Management
How do I create an event?
Log in as organizer → Admin → Manage events → Create new event → Enter name, date, venue, ticket price, quantity and save.
Do events need approval?
Depends on system settings. If Concert Approval is on, events stay Pending until an admin approves (Approved), then they are visible and on sale.
How do I close ticket sales?
Edit the event → Set Sale end date/time to a past or current time. Sales will close and customers cannot book.
When do sales open?
Set Sale start and Sale end when creating or editing the event. Customers can only book within this period.
Can I delete an event?
Yes, but if there are confirmed tickets, the system may not allow deletion until those are cancelled or handled. Use event edit to close sales or manage tickets first.
PromptPay & Payment Settings
How do I set up PromptPay?
Go to Admin → PromptPay settings → Enter PromptPay number and display name → Save. System will generate QR for customers to pay to your account.
How do I verify slips / approve payments?
Admin → Manage Tickets or Payment Verification → Select event → View pending list → Open slip image → Approve or Reject.
What is Auto-Verify?
An add-on that verifies payment slips automatically via EasySlip API. When customers upload a slip with QR, the system verifies and confirms tickets.
What is Auto-Verify credit?
When using the Auto-Verify add-on, you need credit. Top up via PromptPay QR (minimum as set). Credit is used for each automatic slip check. An admin may need to approve top-ups.
Tickets & Check-in
How do I view sales / bookings?
Admin → Manage Tickets or Reports / Analytics → Select event or date range to see bookings, revenue and tickets sold.
How do I check in at the venue?
Use the QR Scanner — Admin → Scan Tickets (or Check-in) → Use camera or upload QR image. The system validates and marks the ticket as Used. Some plans support multiple check-in points.
Can I change ticket status (cancel / refund)?
Yes. In Manage Tickets, select the ticket → Change status to Cancelled or Refunded as per your policy. The seat will be released.
Can I export the guest list?
Professional plan and above can export the guest list to Excel — see the event or Reports menu.
Venue Designer & Table Booking
What is Venue Designer?
A tool to design venue/seat maps interactively — draw zones, place seats/tables, set prices per zone or seat, save as a Layout and attach to an event so customers can select seats (Venue Booking).
How do I use Venue Designer?
Admin → Venue Designer → Create new or select existing Layout → Draw zones (polygon), place seats/tables, set prices → Save and attach the layout to the concert.
Table booking + deposit?
Venue Basic / Venue Pro include Table Booking and deposits. Customers select a table from the map and pay a deposit (or full) as you set. Manage at Admin → Table Booking.
Can I cancel a table booking?
Yes. Both organizer and customer can cancel from the relevant menu (status will show as cancelled).
Reports & Analytics
How do I view sales reports / stats?
Admin → Reports or Analytics → Select period (7 / 30 / 90 days or 1 year) to see KPIs (revenue, tickets, events, average price) and trends.
Can I export reports?
On the Analytics page there is an Export button — you can export as CSV or JSON.
Plan Features (Organizer)
What is LINE OA?
Connecting your LINE Official Account to the system — send notifications/promotions, receive messages via Webhook and set up auto-reply (keywords or AI). Available in Venue Pro.
How do I set up LINE OA?
Admin → Settings → Integrations or LINE OA → Enter Channel Access Token, Channel Secret and Webhook URL from LINE Developers → Save.
Auto-reply bot with AI?
In Admin → LINE OA → Config you can enable AI Fallback — choose provider (Gemini or Pollinations.ai), enter API key and context/FAQ. The system uses AI when the message doesn't match a keyword.
Upsell / order drinks in advance?
Venue Pro includes Upsell — create products (drinks/food) for customers to add at or after booking. Manage orders at Admin → Products / Orders.
Affiliate / reseller program?
Business plan includes Affiliate — create codes and commission rates, share with partners. Track sales and commission in Admin → Affiliate.
KYC / identity verification?
Some plans or use cases may require identity verification. The admin will notify you or there will be a menu in Admin to upload documents and wait for review.
Organizer Settings
What is Payment Timeout?
The number of hours the customer has to upload a slip after booking. After that, the booking may be cancelled automatically (default often 24h). Set in Admin → Settings (Payment timeout hours, max 168 = 7 days).
How do I set refund policy?
Admin → Settings → Refund policy — e.g. Flexible (full refund), Moderate (50%), Strict (no refund). Used as a guideline for refund decisions.
How do I set email templates (booking/payment confirmation)?
Admin → Settings (or Email / Notifications) — configure templates for booking confirmation and payment confirmation (with ticket QR). You can enable/disable and edit text.
Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting (Customer)
Cannot log in
Check username/email and password. Use Forgot password on the Login page if needed. For LINE Login, ensure you authorized the app and the account is linked.
I booked but don't see the PromptPay QR
Refresh the page or go to My Tickets → Select the booking → View payment details. Ensure the browser isn't blocking images/scripts. Try another browser or your phone.
Cannot upload slip / upload has no effect
Check file format (images like JPG, PNG) and size. Ensure you clicked Submit/Upload and see a success message. If you see duplicate or mismatch, the slip may already be used or amount/account doesn't match.
My booking was cancelled even though I paid
You may have exceeded the time to upload the slip. Book again and upload within the given time. Or the slip was rejected (wrong amount/account/duplicate). Check email/notifications or contact the organizer.
I don't see the event I want
The event may not be on sale yet (outside sale start–end), or sales have ended, or it's pending approval. Contact the organizer or check the main site.
Ticket doesn't show in My Tickets after payment
Wait for organizer or Auto-Verify to confirm (may take a few minutes to 1 business day). Check your payment confirmation email. If it takes too long, contact the organizer.
Troubleshooting (Organizer)
Cannot log in to Admin
Use an account with organizer or admin role. Ensure you're on the correct Admin URL (e.g. /admin/login). Clear cache/cookies or try another browser.
I created an event but it doesn't show on the homepage
Check that the event is approved (if Concert Approval is on). Check sale start and end dates. Check event status (e.g. draft / published).
Customer's PromptPay QR doesn't point to my account
Admin → PromptPay settings — verify PromptPay/account number and save. Refresh or create a new test booking after changing.
I verified the slip but the ticket wasn't confirmed
Ensure you clicked Approve (Verify) and there was no error. If using Auto-Verify, check EasySlip API config and that you have enough credit.
I scanned the ticket QR but it doesn't show as Used
Check network/server. Ensure the QR is for a valid ticket and hasn't been scanned before (one QR, one use). Check ticket list in Manage Tickets to see if status updated.
Over ticket/event limit for my plan
Pay-per-event: that event uses the package you bought (e.g. Starter 200 tickets). To exceed, upgrade or buy another package. Monthly: check events/month or ticket limits — upgrade or wait for next period.
Auto-Verify credit ran out
Top up credit via Admin → Credits (or related menu) by paying the generated QR. After payment, upload slip or wait for admin to approve the top-up.
